Dr. Emeka Benjamin Okeke

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Dr. Emeka Okeke serves as the Director of Partnership and Engagement at Cephas Health Research Initiative Inc., where he leads strategic collaborations with academic institutions, healthcare providers, development partners, and technology organizations to advance health research and innovation across Africa. He also serves as the Acting Director of the Centre for Digital Health Research, Innovation and Practice, where he oversees initiatives focused on telehealth, digital health literacy, and the integration of technology into clinical and public health systems. Through these leadership roles, he is helping shape the future of digital health policy, implementation, and research across low- and middle-income countries.

Currently, Dr. Emeka Okeke is leading the development of a digital health platform designed to make healthcare accessible and affordable for all Nigerians. The platform connects patients with licensed clinicians through secure teleconsultations, e-prescriptions, laboratory requests, and follow-up services. Its mission is to close the healthcare gap by ensuring that every Nigerian—regardless of location or socioeconomic background—can access qualified medical advice and care from their phone.

Beyond healthcare, Dr. Emeka Okeke is the founder of Revision2Pass, an innovative edtech platform that empowers Nigerian students with smart, curriculum-aligned revision tools. The initiative merges technology and education to enhance learning outcomes and promote academic excellence.
