Barr. Taiwo Ajimajasan

Barr. Taiwo Ajimajasan is the Director of Legal Affairs at the Office of the Executive Director, Cephas Health Research Initiative Inc. Barr. Ajimajasan is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with an in-depth knowledge in corporate practice, property management and conflict resolution. He had his education at the prestigious Government College Ibadan after which he proceeded to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko for his first decree and came out with an outstanding performance. He immediately went for his professional qualification at the Nigerian Law School where he performed excellently and was subsequently call to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.

Upon the attainment of his license to practice as a legal practitioner in Nigeria, he did his compulsory National Service with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice, Port Harcourt. He worked with the Department of Legal Drafting where he majored in drafting, proof-reading and amending legislative documents, and regulation and policy documents. He also had a brief private practice in reputable firms in Port Harcourt before relocating to Ibadan in 2016.

 

Barr. Ajimajasan did his Master’s in Law program at the University of Ibadan and thereafter diverted into full corporate practice and litigation transversing Lagos, Kaduna and all major cities in the Federation.

He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and an accredited professional and consultant with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), an agency saddle with the regulation of companies and corporate matters in Nigeria. With his expertise, he had contributed to the formation, registration and development of over 7000 businesses, companies and NGOs in Nigeria.

Until recently, Barr. Ajimajasan was a consultant to members of the Young Lawyers Forum (Ibadan Branch) on corporate and CAC matters and regularly held workshops for them.
